Ms. Arai has served as an outside director and outside audit & supervisory board member for several companies, leveraging her extensive knowledge of accounting and finance as a certified public accountant to support corporate management such as establishing internal control systems. In addition to management experience as CFO of a venture company, she also has extensive international experience, including serving as a representative of a U.S. corporation.
