Kao Safety Standards for Household Products
Kao Group sets the safety standards for product development stage. We assess safety of raw materials and products through rigorous evaluation process. We also set the standard of safety management on post-launch products. This is because consumer’s safety is always the highest priority.

In April 2014, we established new safety standards for Kao Group, which was evolved upon existing Kao’s heritegial safety standards. This new standards further ensures product safety by utilizing the outputs of our broader range of databases, wider usage tests, and more detailed safety inspections.Kao Group continues to comply with safety standards and secure high-level of safety.
