We promote women’s empowerment, as it is an aspect of diversity that relates to a significant proportion of our workforce.

Aiming towards a working environment in which everyone can thrive, we drive efforts to create work-friendly workplaces for LGBTQ+ employees and foster such a culture.
Fostering an Inclusive Culture
We drive efforts to deepen understandings of key areas such as women’s empowerment, employees of the LGBTQ+ communities, employees from different cultures, employees with disabilities, balancing work and childcare, and balancing work and family care. We are also working to raise awareness of psychological safety and unconscious bias in order to create an organizational culture with strong communication and teamwork, and diversity is a strength.
