The United Nations Global Compact

The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) is a voluntary initiative based on CEO commitments to implement universal sustainability principles and to undertake partnerships in support of UN goals.
In 2005, Kao declared its support for the Ten Principles of the UNGC, in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption practices and have been striving to support and implement these principles.

Kao strives to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), 17 goals and 169 targets to guide world development towards 2030 by the United Nations in September 2015, through its activities to contribute to the sustainability of the world.
