Kao recognized as gold winner at 2021 German Packaging Award

Kao has received a Gold Award at this year’s German Packaging Award, recognizing the company’s innovation in the category „Functionality & Convenience“. The Kao EURL Research & Development Team created a new, innovative packaging system for oxidative hair colours that allows the mixing of hair colour and developer lotion in a closed system while reducing plastic parts, applying PCR material and replacing the metal spring by a flexible bellow – supporting a smooth, user-friendly and more sustainable operation.
