
Kao today announced the appointment of Laura Hogan as Chief Marketing Officer of Molton Brown, the iconic British fragrance, bath and body brand within the company’sCosmetics business.
Hogan will lead Molton Brown's global brand vision, positioning and integrated marketing strategy, helping to further strengthen the brand's presence across international markets and support its continued growth. She will oversee teams across brand and product development, visual merchandising, store design, digital marketing and creative services.
Hogan joins Molton Brown following nine years at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she held senior marketing and brand leadership roles across several luxury beauty brands. Most recently, she served as Brand General Manager UK and Ireland for Le Labo, Kilian Paris and Frédéric Malle, helping to drive continued growth and distribution expansion.
Prior to this, Hogan held senior global marketing roles at Jo Malone London, where she was a key stakeholder in the brand’s internationally recognised Tom Hardy ambassador campaign. Her broader international experience spans the UK, US and Middle East and includes helping to shape and grow a portfolio of leading beauty brands, including Tom Ford Beauty, Bobbi Brown, Too Faced and ELEMIS.
