Darmstadt is the heart of our company’s salon business, where one of our most iconic brands, Goldwell, was founded. Today, Darmstadt is home to our Global Salon team, our European Research Laboratories, one of our two production facilities and the headquarters for our German Salon and Consumer Care businesses.

London, the birthplace of our iconic British luxury brand Molton Brown on South Molton Street in 1971, is not only home to the brand’s global headquarters and production but also serves as the headquarters for our UK and Ireland Salon and Consumer Care businesses, as well as the EMEA Commercial Salon Team, which steers the Salon business in the region and the Consumer Care Marketing & Strategy team for the EMEA region.

Amersfoort serves as the headquarters in the Netherlands for our Benelux business and is also an expert hub for our EMEA Finance Shared Service Center.

Kao is not only at home in the offices across the region; it is also present in our Molton Brown stores, our Kao Salon Academies, and in all locations where our employees choose to work, following our hybrid work model for all roles that can be performed remotely.
