D. Your Rights under the CCPA

We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), in connection with processing Canadian personal information.

However, there will be some scenarios where the use of your true identity is a legal requirement (for example, to verify consumer identity, to process and collect payments on transactions, etc.), or where anonymity or pseudonymity will be impracticable.
If we do not collect, hold, use or disclose your personal information, or if you do not consent, then we may not be able to fulfill the business purposes that we have identified in this policy. It may also impact your interactions with our various products, services and platforms. For example, you may be unable to access certain portions of our websites, or you may experience certain limitations in the scope of interactions and services that we can provide.

Our business is affiliated with other businesses, organisations and people located overseas. In the course of doing business with you, we are likely to disclose some of your personal information to these overseas recipients.
