Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all personal data collected during the recruitment process will be used to assess the suitability of applicants for respective job positions.
Unsuccessful applicants' personal data may be retained for future recruitment purposes for a period of two years and will be destroyed thereafter.
