United as One Kao Team, ready to take on 2026 with confidence and purpose.
On 16 January, Kao Malaysia brought together leaders and team members from all regions across the country for its 2026 Annual Conference, marking an important moment of reflection, alignment, and renewed focus as the organization charts its direction for the year ahead.
During the conference, management shared reflections on 2025, acknowledging it as a challenging year for the business. However, these challenges provided valuable lessons – prompting the company to reset strategies, strengthen fundamentals, and sharpen its focus on what truly drives sustainable success. Rather than looking back with hesitation, the conference positioned 2025 as a learning ground – one that prepared Kao Malaysia to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

As the company steps into 2026, management outlined a clear and disciplined direction: reviving performance while achieving sustainable growth. Central to this ambition is strong emphasis on profitability, operational discipline, and focused execution across all functions. The message was consistent throughout the sessions – success in 2026 will not come from ambition alone, but from clear priorities, structured planning, and decisive actions.

Across functions, a common message resonated strongly: stronger collaboration, better planning, and faster feedback loops are essential to achieving the company’s goals in 2026.
