Kao Malaysia's Merries partners with MyTOWN Shopping Centre to offer accessible, high-quality diaper experiences for families.

Kao Malaysia is proud to announce a meaningful collaboration between Merries, Japan's No.1* baby diaper brand, and MyTOWN Shopping Centre, running from 25 October 2025 to 24 April 2026, aimed at supporting Malaysian families by making premium-quality diapers more accessible.

At the heart of this six-month partnership is a shared belief: every parent deserves access to the best care for their baby without financial burden. Guided by MyTOWNKL's core value, "For the Many," the initiative brings Merries' signature Japanese softness, breathability, and comfort to more families, elevating everyday parenting with ease and peace of mind.

For decades, Merries has been dedicated to creating diapers that are gentle on skin, highly breathable, and designed with meticulous Japanese craftsmanship to keep babies happy and dry all day. This synergy with MyTOWNKL's mission to create joyful, family-friendly experiences transforms the mall into more than a retail space, it becomes a community hub of support for parents.

Families visiting MyTOWNKL can now experience Merries diapers through several convenient touchpoints:

  • Complimentary Merries sample diaper with stroller loan
    Parents who loan a Crolla Premium Air Swift Baby Stroller via the MyTOWNKL App will receive a free Merries sample diaper upon collecting the stroller at the concierge.
  • Rewards for family-friendly shopping
    Shoppers at participating stores – such as Anakku, Babyshop, Poney, Toys'R'Us, The Parenthood, and Molly Fantasy – can submit receipts at the concierge to receive a free Merries sample diaper and a Merries Wonderland sticker, while also earning loyalty points.
  • Redeemable Merries Baby Joy Pack
    For just 350 MyTOWNKL points, parents can redeem a Merries Baby Joy Pack consisting of a sample diaper, Merries container, and Wonderland sticker – a convenient way to try Merries firsthand.

The refreshed MyTOWNKL Family Room offers a welcoming space for parents and children, reflecting both brands' commitment to family well-being.
