Kao honored with the “Supply Chain Sustainability Excellence Award” in the Circular Economy Network category, presented by CP AXTRA at its Makro HoReCa 2025
On 1 November 2025, Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., represented by Mr. Tadanobu Asada, Vice President of Supply Chain and Factory Manager, received the ‘Supply Chain Sustainability Excellence Award’ in the Circular Economy Network category from CP AXTRA Public Company Limited at the Makro HoReCa 2025 event held at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani. The award recognizes companies that demonstrate excellence in their respective categories.
The products that earned Kao this award
- Feather Shampoo that packaging contains 10% PCR (post-consumer recycled) material.
- Magiclean Kitchen Cleaner (5 liters) that packaging contains 10% PCR (post-consumer recycled) material.
Kao has taken a 4Rs strategy: Reduce, Reuse, Replace and Recycle to achieve the goal of zero waste. From the perspective of replacement, we are striving to substitute virgin plastic with environmentally friendly alternatives by abiding the PCR material into our blends.
Furthermore, Kao exhibited at the Kao Professional Solutions booth to present Magiclean, Haiter, and Attack as solutions to enhance sanitation and simplify hygiene maintenance for entrepreneurs.
