Kao Thailand continues its art workshop "Let's Paint the Future" for the third consecutive year, enhancing art skills while fostering environmental conservation awareness among Thai children

October 5, 2567, Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. continues its art workshop "Let's Paint the Future" for the third consecutive year, inviting 25 children aged 6-10 to participate in the workshop, participation is free of charge. The activity aims to spark the children's ideas on environmental conservation to create a sustainable through art.

The activity includes providing understanding on 'Global Boiling', getting the children to know about greenhouse gas, the main driver of climate change, and the ways they can do in their daily lives to help reduce global warming. Following by an art class "Little Creators Space" by Teacher Fern – Sirinda Chatchaichukiat from Sirinsirin Studio, talented art teacher specialized in creative art activities for preschoolers, providing much more than just a fun class but the children were able to express themselves through special activities exclusively for "Let's Paint the Future" workshop where they also get to take their art masterpiece home.

The "Let's Paint the Future" workshop provides an opportunity for children aged between 6-10 to participate. It also supports the Kao International Environment Painting Contest for Children initiated by Kao Corporation which has been held for 15 years to instill a love of nature in children through their creative works. The workshop was held at 'Kao 60th Saving Future Smiles' exhibition, Ground Floor, Samyan Mitrtown.

In addition, Kao Thailand also held an award ceremony for the 14th Kao International Environment Painting Contest where Mr. Suttipong Limsila, Head of Corporate Strategy, honored and congratulated award recipients.

The 14th Kao International Environment Painting Contest was conducted under the theme of "Let's make our environment sustainable, together!" with the total of 15,916 entries from children all over the world participating and 2,023 were from Thailand. The 6 awards were awarded in Thailand, including:

The first prize: "eco together" Planet Earth Grand Prix (1 prize)

Kodchapan Malisorn (14 years), title of work: "Buuat Pa" – The Buddhist ritual to conserve forest

The second prize: "eco together" – Kao Prize (2 prizes)

1.Titaree Kaensontea (9 years), title of work: Planting trees for the future

2.Kanyaphon Kaentao (10 years), title of work: Plant a forest

The third prize: "Eco Friend Prize" (3 prizes)

1.Panatda Seejandaeng (15 years), title of work: Environment Conservation

2.Phairin Thitapura (10 years), title of work: Lotus field

3.Suthatcha Chumaiat (9 years), title of work: The tree in big city

the Kao International Environment Painting Contest for Children has been held annually since 2010 with an aim to encourage children around the world to think seriously about conservation of the environment around them, in the hopes that we could be the part of enhancing and fostering children to protect the environment through their works, according to our slogan "Kirei-Making Life Beautiful".
