Kao Thailand creates Green Spaces for City with BMA
through its "Let's Plant the Future" activity.

On September 30, 2024, Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. celebrated its 60th Anniversary by participating
in the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's 'BangkokTree: One Million Trees Project' at Benjakitti Park.
The "Let's Plant the Future" activity was joined by high-level executives from Kao and was honored by the presence of H.E. Otaka Masato, the ambassador of Japan to Thailand and Mr. Chatchart Sitthiphan,
the Governor of Bangkok.

Kao donated 1,000 trees to Bangkok and planted them together with the executives and employee volunteers, totaling 60 trees, to celebrate its 60th Anniversary. Despite of planting trees to increase Bangkok's green space and create a dust-filtering walls, the award-winning Thai paintings from Kao International Painting Contest for Children were exhibited to envision environment's abundant and their imaginative visions of the future environment they want to conserve. This initiative aims to inspire people
to take actions for sustainable lifestyles.
