Kao receives the Best of the Best Award from ThaiFDA Quality Award 2023

Mr. Yuji Shimizu, President of Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., received the Best of The Best award in the cosmetic sector, presented by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Deputy prime minister and Health minister at ThaiFDA Quality Award 2023. The award aims to recognize outstanding healthcare organizations that meet international standards and to serve as a model for organizational improvements. The award ceremony took place on 12 July 2023 at Grand Richmond Hotel, Nonthaburi.

The Best of the Best award is the prestigious award that reflected Kao’s determination on maintaining its production standards and guaranteed that Kao has achieved the excellent international cosmetic standards; ASEAN GMP and ISO9001 as well as the other standards such as ISO14001 the environmental management system standard, ISO45001 the occupational health and safety standard and the effective energy management along with certificate awards as The Prime Minister's Industry Award in the Energy Management Category, Eco Factory Award 2021-2024 and CSR-DIW Continuous award 2022 for sustainable social and community responsibility. Moreover, Kao has devoted much attention to employee's well-being, thus, Kao was awarded the excellent awards for Labor Management and Safety, Occupational Health and Work Environment 2020-2023.
