Kao organizes art workshop "Let's Paint the Future",
inviting children to unleash their environmental imaginations through paintings

16 July 2022, Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. organized the art workshop event "Let's Paint the Future" at the Learning Auditorium, TK Park, 8th floor, centralwOrld, free of charge with total 30 children joined the workshop.

This is the first time that Kao Thailand organized the art workshop by collaborating with TK Park, to jointly enhance learning and their never-ending imagination and to promote cultivate sustainable environmental stewardship among children. The workshop opened to children aged 6-10 with total 30 children joined. The event started with knowledge sharing and game on sustainable, following by the Creative Storytelling for Kids by Kru Baipor Omkwan Wechayachai, founder of CREAM Bangkok, to enhance their storytelling skills through listening to children's story to collect ideas before unleashing their imagination on their own work. Finished off with the chalk pastel techniques sharing session by Kru Fah Sumitra Sucharitaver from the Paint Play Clay Craft Children's Art School. During this course, children could apply those techniques to create their artwork without artistic skills. Moreover, all paintings generated in workshop are submitted to the Thirteenth Kao International Environment Painting Contest for Children.

"Let's paint the future" workshop emphasizes to support Kao International Environment Painting Contest for Children, which initiated by Kao Corporation for 13 years, aims to inspire and empower children to preserve and pay attention to the environment as well as raise awareness about sustainability, align with our slogan "Kirei—Making Life Beautiful".
