Kao Thailand

Kao Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited was officially established on September 24, 1964 as the producer of a range of shampoo and detergent products. Later in 1972,the chemical plant was established to produce intermediate materials for local users and export. In 2005, the existing plant is expanded and relocated to the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate in Chonburi province.

Kao Thailand highly pays attention to serve all consumers, hence direct sales and distribution system were introduced in order that consumers can convenlently buy Kao’s quality products which are available everywhere. Furthermore, the company established sales offices and Kao Field Distributors in all parts of Thailand. Sales and distribution data are transmitted by headquarter via Fiber Optic. Kao Thailand has participated with key retailers in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Business-to-Business (B2B), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), which support cooperation between manufacturers and customers to minimize operational costs and transaction procedures. Through such methods, Kao Thailand is the company which has the most efficient sales and distribution system.
