Payroll Executive

Responsibilities

-To control, check, process of payroll, make payroll report and fringe benefit (BPJS, Medical, etc.)
-Responsible for processing the monthly payroll and overtime.
-To control and check manufacturing cost related HCD budget.
-Maintain payroll administration and payroll system.
-Ensure compliance with company policy, labor law, taxes.
-Involve with HCD activity related General Affair.
-Able to maintain the confidentiality of all employee information and payroll records.

Job requirements

-Candidate are required from Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
-At least 2 years of payroll experience (Payroll processing, Tax calculation - PpH 21), but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
-Have a strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
-Have a good communication and customer service skills.
-Able to work independently and with many parts or section.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office and payroll software.
-Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.

-Conduct video shooting and editing mainly for Livestreaming & video content.
