Bioré Empowers Teenagers at Positive Teens Amazing Treasure Hunt

DECEMBER 1, 2024 – Bioré played a key role in inspiring and educating teens at the Positive Teens Amazing Treasure Hunt, held at Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. Organized by the Malaysian Paediatric Association's Positive Teens Programme, this engaging event brought together approximately 300 teenagers from across the Klang Valley to compete in a dynamic treasure hunt filled with educational challenges.

The event's highlight included the opening ceremony graced by Yang Berhormat Hannah Yeoh, Minister of Youth and Sports, who officiated the flag-off alongside key representatives. In her speech, YB Hannah Yeoh emphasized the importance of equipping teenagers with the tools to face challenges confidently.

"This programme not only guides Malaysian teenagers to radiate positivity to those around them but also equips them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and coping strategies to address the challenges they encounter in their lives," said YB Hannah Yeoh. "Initiatives like this play a pivotal role in positively shaping their character and development, enabling them to realize their full potential as future leaders of Malaysia."

Datuk Dr. Zulkifli Ismail, Chairman of the Positive Teens Expert Committee, also emphasized the mission of the treasure hunt during his welcoming remarks. "The Amazing Teens Treasure Hunt was not just a day out – it was a movement to spark curiosity, build confidence, and inspire a generation to lead healthier lives. This aligns with the Positive Teens Programme's core mission of empowering teenagers with essential knowledge, life skills, and resilience to thrive in today's world."

At the treasure hunt, nine activity stations tackled key topics such as mental health, wellness, dengue prevention, and personal care. Bioré's skincare-focused station received enthusiastic feedback, with teenagers gaining practical tips on combating sun damage and maintaining healthy skin amidst Malaysia's tropical climate.

Bioré's promotional booth was also a major attraction, offering students an engaging combination of educational content and exclusive product sampling. Participants learned about UV protection, the benefits of Bioré's skincare solutions and the importance of Bioré GUARD's mosquito repellent usage. Students also enjoyed complimentary skin analysis and free products were distributed, ensuring participants left with practical tools for implementing what they learned.

The hunt concluded with a vibrant closing ceremony where winners were awarded cash prizes, and all participants celebrated a day of camaraderie and growth.
