PUCHONG, 2 November 2024 – Following the success of its earlier GUARD OUR FUTURE initiative, KAO Malaysia continues its fight against dengue fever with a second community clean-up at Puchong Permai Flat Block A. Organized in collaboration with the Selangor State Government, Majlis Bandar Subang Jaya (MBSJ), and ESG partner Impactlution, this initiative emphasizes the importance of sustainable community action in combating mosquito-borne diseases.

Puchong Permai Flat Block A is listed as a dengue outbreak locality, making it a critical area for intervention. The half-day event saw a turnout of 70 participants, including local residents, MBSJ representatives, and partners such as Takeda Malaysia and Impactlution. Together, they worked to clean the area, educate the community on dengue prevention, and promote sustainability.
