KUALA LUMPUR, 16 October 2024 – Kao Malaysia proudly participated in the 4th Selangor Life Sciences Convention (SLC) 2024, held from October 16 to October 19 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Highlighting Kao's commitment to promoting health and public hygiene, the Bioré GUARD Mos Block Serum took center stage, emphasizing Kao's advances in biotechnology for everyday protection.

The SLC 2024, an event organized by Invest Selangor, brought together leading industry experts, innovators, and stakeholders across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and life sciences in the ASEAN region. This year's convention, themed "Elevating Life Sciences Innovation in Selangor and Beyond," served as a platform for Kao Malaysia to showcase its latest offerings and exchange insights with industry peers.

Kao Malaysia hosted a special demo and technology sharing session on October 16, dedicated to unveiling the technology behind Bioré GUARD Mos Block Serum. This session offered attendees a hands-on experience with Kao's proprietary mosquito-blocking serum, designed to provide long-lasting protection against insect-borne diseases. The demonstration highlighted the advanced formulation and biotechnology behind the serum, showcasing how Bioré GUARD protects users while remaining gentle on the skin.

A live demonstration with mosquitoes was conducted at the 4th Selangor Life Sciences Convention 2024 by Kao expert, Mr. Miyoshi Hiroaki, showcasing the product's advanced technology and protective benefits to an engaged audience.
