Kao in collaboration with the Department of Disease Control organized the event "Thai Labor Day: A New Era of Safe and Healthy Workers in the Digital Age", emphasizing that employee health – both physical and mental – is "an issue that requires attention"

On April 30, 2025, Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was honored by the Occupational and Environmental Disease Division of the Department of Disease Control for being selected as a pilot factory for the "Thai Labor Day: A New Era of Safe and Healthy Workers in the Digital Age," held at the Kao Factory in Amata, Chonburi province, in celebration of National Labor Day 2025. The event was officially opened by
Mr. Tadanobu Asada, Factory Manager of Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and Dr. Chantana Padungtod, Director of the Occupational and Environmental Diseases Division.

The event featured a panel talk titled "Talk Kao Model: Towards Sustainable Health," along with activities aimed at enhancing knowledge and providing health screenings for employees. Activities included initiatives to control NCDs through carb counting, health screening booths, body scans, and dry eye assessments.
The aim was to enable employees to apply the knowledge they acquired to change their work habits and appropriately adapt their work environment.
