Kao Go Green, receiving the Green Office Award (Silver Medal) of the year 2023

On August 29, 2024, Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Kao Consumer Products (Southeast Asia) Co., Ltd., and Kanebo (Thailand) Co., Ltd., led by Ms. Paveena Sopon, Director of HR & Admin Service, were honored with the Green Office Award (Silver Medal) for 2023 by the Department of Climate Change and Environment. The award was presented by Mr. Jatuporn Buruspat, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The Green Office Award presents multifaceted challenges of organizations such as organizing green activities within office, focusing on environmental management and effective waste management to minimize environmental impacts, efficiently using energy and resources, and utilizing environmentally friendly office supplies. The ultimate goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This award is a great source of pride for Kao, as it fosters awareness and encourages employees to embrace more environmentally friendly practices to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable world.
