Regrading trade name "Haiter" is registered as a trademark by Kao corporation and Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., is the sole representative and distributor of Haiter products in Thailand. As Haiter bleach product is an innovation from Japan. To use for cleaning cloth, remove stubborn stains on cloth.

At present, it is found that the trade name Haiter is being used as a generic term to impersonate reviews or use to promote other brands of bleach product.

We would like you to understand that "Haiter" is Kao’s registered trademark, not a generic term. So Kao’s bleach product is the only one which can be called "Haiter" and other bleach product is not "Haiter". We are concerned that the trademark "Haiter" will be diluted and become a generic term by being used for other bleach products.

We are also concerned that use of "Haiter" for other bleach products may confuse consumers misunderstanding efficiency, safety including proper use methods. However, if there is a use that results from confusing the trade name of Haiter with other brands of products. which have different ingredients may result in danger and insecurity or damage on skin, clothing, and various items from use.
