What must I pay attention to during a shower?

Residue from shampoo or hair conditioner found on skin is often one of the reasons that skin problems occur on neck, shoulders, and chest or back areas. When taking a shower or a bath, wash from top to bottom of the body, starting with your head (hair).

By washing your hair first, any shampoo or hair conditioner that remain on other parts of your body can be washed off when you rinse your body. To reduce the likelihood of shampoo or hair conditioner residue on body, lower your head when washing your hair. Rinse hair with lukewarm water from back to front.
