Kao launches the First Detergent Gel in Indonesia – Attack Jaz1 Detergel. In the effort to explore the washing habits of Indonesian Moms, Kao Indonesia conducted a research which then find a fact that 9 out of 10 moms in Indonesia used to pour liquid detergent directly from the packaging*1 that needs two regular packages of liquid detergent in 1 month*2 .

A habit that causes moms to be more wasteful in spending funds for detergents. Especially when refer to government health protocols that recommend to maintain personal hygiene and our surroundings. Clothes as objects that are attached to our bodies daily, need extra cleanliness attention, especially after being used for outdoor activities. So it is undeniable that during the pandemic, washing activities are becoming more frequent and more important, to fully minimize the risks that may occur.

So many attention needed, creates a condition that increases moms duties during pandemic*3 . Mom as a center of family does not only need to pay attention to family health and cleanliness, which in the process also affects the financial welfare of the family. Therefore it is important for moms to give balance attention in giving attention to family health and cleanliness as well as to be wise in financial management. This shows the attitude of consumers who prioritize benefits in prioritizing expenditures, especially those concerning hygiene and health aspects. In order to keep family finances healthy and stable, in addition to prioritizing hygiene and health benefits in spending, it is also recommended to choose products with cost efficiency (Cost-Efficient) as an initiative that every household needs to do."

Ashanty Hermansyah, Public Figure and Mom of 4, said, "Currently, It is very important to pay attention to the cleanliness and health of my husband and children, especially since our family just held an important event for Aurel's wedding. So many agendas make me pay more attention to cleanliness, one of them is clothes. Usually I wash clothes 3-4 times in daily, especially in the previous moment many family members came to the house, the more clothes to wash, the more detergent are used, right.
