Think Pink, Love Life Campaign |

KAO Malaysia will be launching a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme called the ‘Think Pink, Love Life’ campaign. This is a way for them to show their support in the fight against breast cancer among Malaysian women, together with Pride Foundation – a nonprofit organization for breast cancer awareness in Malaysia best known for its Pink Ribbon campaigns. |

During this ‘Think Pink, Love Life’ campaign, KAO will make available specially designed information cards to educate women about how to perform breast self-examination, and the importance of early detection and prevention of the disease. These cards will be available at all leading retail outlets nationwide as well as together with leading women’s magazines. |

KAO Malaysia will also donate 1% of sales of Kao products in pink packaging during the month of October to the Pride Foundation. These products under the Biore, Liese, Laurier, Magiclean and KAO brand names are available at leading retail outlets nationwide. |

Breast Cancer affects over 1 million women around the world each year. In Malaysia 1 out of 19 women is diagnosed with breast cancer, making it the most common form of cancer. KAO Malaysia is playing their part in the fight against this disease in Malaysia, as engaging in CSR is an integral part of KAO’s global corporate philosophy. Recently, Kao Corporation in Japan through its ASIENCE brand activities participated in the Smile Asia Project with the Asia-Pacific Cultural Centre for UNESCO (ACCU) to promote literacy for all women across Asia. |
