TCR Activities

We are implementing company-wide management innovation activities that create value in an effort to achieve profitable growth. The first TCR activity, which commenced in 1986 and was termed "Total Cost Reduction," was an effort to reduce costs directly. We then implemented the second TCR activity, termed "Total Creative Revolution," which reviewed our organizational operation and working procedures across-the-border so that we could display creativity. This was followed in 2000 by the third TCR (VCR) activity, termed "Value Creating Revolution," as a management innovation activity create value. And in 2007, we launched the fourth TCR activity, which has been designated "Total Chain Revolution-i," to construct a value creation chain for profitable growth.
In concert with Kao group's Global Business Harmonization, we launched the fifth TCR activity, "Global Transformation for Cost Reduction - S" in 2013. We strive to innovate business operation processes and systems to realize globally profitable growth.
